We would be very happy if you could understand some of the things we ask for your cooperation. About International Shipping
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the contents and quantity of
items purchased. There are three types of shipping methods, and you can select your
candidate shipping method when you place your order.
・EMS : Delivered by air (fastest).
Tracking service is available.
・International Parcel (standard shipping) :Tracking service is available.
About your registered e-mail address
If you are using a carrier email (an email tied to your cel phone company), please make sure to deactivate your @amuhibiknit.com security before placing your order to ensure that you receive important notices. Please also check your email settings to ensure that you will receive all patterns, check sheets, and other data to the email address you have registered with us. If you have an email address other than your carrier email, such as Gmail or Yahoo mail, please register it.
Shipping Method
You can choose from two delivery methods: “ship” or “pick up at the store. If you do not wish to pick up your order at our physical store in Fukuoka, please proceed without clicking any button. If you choose “Pick up at store” by mistake, you wil have to pay for the shipping fee separately, which wil delay the delivery. If you need delivery, please do not click the “Pick up at store” button.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the contents and quantity of
your order (330 yen, 600 yen, 880 yen, or 1100 yen). Please note that the shipping
method cannot be changed after payment is made. 880 yen and 1100 yen standard
shipping only allow you to specify a specific time. Please let us know your preferred
time in the remarks column.

Digital data is free of charge.
If the subtotal amount of the product is 22,000 yen (including tax) or more, we will
send it to you free of charge.
Only one shipment per order will be sent. If you buy pre-order items together with
other items, they will be sent together with the pre-order shipment. If you are in a
hurry, please place your order separately.
All items shipped from amuhibi are trackable. We will provide you with a tracking
number in the shipping confirmation email so you can inquire directly. Please note that
it may take some time for the tracking number to be reflected.
Delivery time in Japan
We ask Japan Post, Mail (Yu-packet), and Yamato Transport for regular delivery of
amuhibi and LetterPack. Mail delivery takes about 2-4 days.
For Yu-packet, we will send a shipping notice by Yamato Transport for Kuroneko
Yu-packet and by Japan Post for Yu-packet.
We wil send you a tracking number for al shipments. Please check directly with each
shipping company for any shipping inquiries.
For Yamato Transport shipment notifications, it takes 2 days for the system to reflect
the notification for customers in the Chubu region and northward.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation before shipment or return after arrival is not allowed in the following
cases. Please be sure to check the contents before payment.
・Due to personal reasons
・If the product itself, packaging, or accessories are damaged or missing on the ・
customer's side
・If the person placing the order and the recipient are different
・sale items
・Pre-order products
・Digital content is not returnable due to the nature of the product.
About Defective Products
In the event of a defective product due to an error on our part, such as damage to the
product, we wil replace the product if a replacement is available, or refund the money
if no replacement is available. The procedure for returning or exchanging an item due
to an error on our part is as follows. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the
product by e-mail with the folowing information.
・Your Name
・Your address
・Phone Number
・Email Address
・trade (brand) name
・Reason for exchange OR return
・Order number (found in the order confirmation email we send you after you place
your order) We wil guide you through the return procedure.
Please return the product to our store. (Please send it back according to the method
provided.)
Please fil out the “Return and Exchange Contact Form” at the bottom of your purchase
invoice and return it with the product.
Please be sure to contact us in advance by e-mail or phone. Please understand that we
cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notification.
Please be sure to send the item(s) back by a method that allows us to confirm the
tracking number so that the item(s) will not be lost in transit. We also ask for your
cooperation in packing your return securely and designating some items as
“waremono” . We will not be able to exchange, return, or refund any damaged items
that you have not indicated in advance as the reason for return. Please understand this
in advance.
Fraudulent (Suspected) Orders
When a customer places an order, amuhibi may receive a fraudulent order warning
notice from the online store site originator.
To prevent fraudulent use, please understand that we may not be able to accept your
order if you receive a fraudulent order warning notice or if your order information is
incomplete or suspicious.
If we are unable to accept an order for any of the above reasons, we will notify the
customer to that effect by e-mail.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but if you wish to purchase again,
please check the information you have entered again to make sure it is correct before
placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
About product images
We have done our best to match the colors in the images to the actual colors, but the colors may vary depending on the environment of your PC or smartphone. If you have any questions, please ask before shopping.
Inquiries about the timing of arrival
Since we are unable to immediately respond to your questions about when items wil be back in stock or how to make up for missing items, we would appreciate it if you would refrain from asking questions about when items will be back in stock. Also, we will remove items that are no longer available, so if an item is “out of stock but has a product page,” please assume that it wil be available again. Also, since the inventory is shared between the actual store and the online store, there is no guarantee that an item is not available in the online store but is in the actual store. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Delivery Date
We make deliveries on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. (Excluding holidays, regular vacations, summer vacation, and year-end and New Year's holidays.) Once we receive your order, we will ship the same day for morning orders and within 5 business days for afternoon orders. We try to ship as quickly as possible, but it may take some time for kits that need to be rolled. Please understand this in advance.

If you would like us to rol bals, please indicate so in the remarks column. We wil rol as many bals as you like for free. Please note that we may take an extra day to ship the order depending on the number of tamamaki requested. Please make sure to request for tamamaki when you place your order. Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request if you send us an e-mail after you place your order, due to a delay in confirmation. Please note that we are unable to provide tamamaki service for products during campaigns. Even if you make a request in the remarks column, we wil ship your order as is. Please understand this in advance.
For customers making a bank transfer
If you place your order by wire transfer, your order will be held until the payment is received. 5 days is the hold period, so please make sure to transfer the money within 5 days. If we are unable to confirm receipt of payment, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we wil cancel your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse your order if you repeatedly fail to make payment.
Out of Stock
We sell the same products in both our physical store and online store. Inventory management is linked, so it is unlikely that an item will be sold twice due to a misunderstanding, but it is possible that an item may be out of stock due to a time difference. In such cases, we wil contact you and offer a refund, an alternative product, or cancel the order.
Price Increases
Since most of amuhibi's products are imported, we may be forced to raise prices due to the recent depreciation of the yen. We are doing our best to make the price increase the last option, but we ask for your understanding in this matter. Depending on the timing of arrival, the price may be raised without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
About LYKKE
All LYKKE products are handmade by craftsmen. Also, due to the use of natural materials such as wood and copper, there wil be individual differences in the products. Please note that we cannot accept returns for this reason. Please consider the indicated length of the cord of the circular needle as a rough guide. For example, if the length of an 80cm circular needle is only 79cm, it does not affect the knitting process and cannot be used as a reason for returning the item. Please note that wooden needles of 2.5mm or less may break depending on the angle at which you hold them or the amount of force you put on them. Please note that we cannot replace damaged needles after use.
